* It is forbidden to use the Site for publicity reasons or any other type of offer and demand activities of a commercial nature.

Upon registration with Club N!R you will use current, complete, clear and mandatory personal data. Whenever re-actualization is necessary you will be able to do it at any time or upon our request. If the provided information proves false or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend this agreement and disallow your participation in raffles or loyalty campaigns. In order to participate in raffles or loyalty campaigns, you must have a minimum number of points. NET-RESEARCH and STRATEGID ADV SRL cannot guarantee your participation in a number of studies and research so that you gather a certain number of points. Participation in studies and research is done according to our actual needs, our orders and your socio-demographic and psycho-graphic characteristics which must meet certain conditions or particular values in the research which is to be carried out.

4. Confidentiality

Any personal information you transmit on the Site through e-mail or any other manner may be used accordingly by Strategid Adv SRL for research, marketing or advertising reasons.

5. Lack of guarantees

THE ENTIRE CONTENT OF THIS SITE MAY BE ALTERED AND IS OFFERED “AS IT IS”, WITHOUT ANY KIND OF GUARANTEE, BE IT EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
